Harvest 2025 - Reflections at the End of the Season

Pinot Noir grape

Once again, with the end of the harvest, a cycle comes to a close. Another chapter is added to our story — one shaped by hard work, passion, and a deep bond with the land.

Harvest time is always an emotional moment for us: from the deep joy of picking golden, ripe grapes — the fruit of months of dedication — to the disappointment when summer storms and hail damage part of the crop.
It’s Nature’s rhythm, reminding us each year to accept what comes with respect, gratitude, and awareness.

As we move through mid to late October, work continues in the cellar with great care. The musts are fermenting, aromas are developing, and the wines are beginning to reveal the character of the 2025 vintage.

The first impressions are very promising: Durella already shows fresh, vibrant aromas, while Pinot Noir promises both structure and elegance.
As for Garganega, we’re facing a smaller production this year due to the damage caused by summer storms.

Every vintage is different — unique — and brings its own challenges and rewards.
Now, our task is to continue the work, patiently and passionately, guiding our wines on their journey with the same love and care as always.

Warm regards from our vineyard,
Famiglia Meggiolaro
