SOFI takes its name from our youngest daughter Sofia — to her we dedicate this wine, born with love and lightness.
A sparkling Rosé left on the lees, it tells the story of the freshness of altitude.
Its Pinot Noir grapes ripen in our highest vineyard, at 550 meters, where the sky feels closer and the wind caresses the vines with gentle grace.
