Vertical Tasting of Sotocà and Best Wishes for a Happy New Year 2024

Dear Friends,

it was simply fantastic...

On Thursday, November 30, 2023, we had our first vertical tasting of Sotoca' at Pietra Rossa Restaurant in Venice.

10 sparkling years from 2013 to 2022 !

It was wonderful to take this journey together with our guests, operators and enthusiasts, and taste ten vintages of Sotocà from the sixteen vintages produced to date.

It was wonderful to discover how a wine, in this case our Frizzante made from Durella grapes and kept on its own yeasts, has managed to evolve over time.

It was wonderful to taste the 2014 vintage again, a really difficult vintage, and the wine was exciting and alive.

It was simply beautiful to talk about our life journey as winemakers and remember the joys and satisfactions , as well as the difficulties.

For us, wine is passion, love and respect for Mother Earth.

It was simply fantastic, indeed BEAUTIFUL!!!
